Yes. Cancellation terms vary depending on the time left until the tour date. Early cancellations have lower deductions; cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour may not be refundable.
The included/excluded list is specified on the tour page. Generally, transportation, accommodation, guiding, and some meals are included. Personal expenses and extra tours are excluded.
We provide consultancy on the required documents and appointment scheduling. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant consulate.

The package tour contract, information notice, and payment receipt are the main documents. Passport and visa documents are also required for international tours.
